Police Charge Duo With Criminal Trespass After Allegedly Breaking Into Bedroom In Chalala

Lusaka | Police Report | August 22, 2026

Police in Lusaka have charged two people, identified as Nsanda Phiri and Natasha Chanda, with Criminal Trespass after they allegedly entered a private bedroom in Chalala without permission.

According to preliminary information, the incident occurred in Chalala, Lusaka, where the duo allegedly gained access to the bedroom of another person without lawful authority.

Police are understood to have taken the matter seriously after the occupants reported the alleged intrusion, leading to investigations and the subsequent charging of the two suspects.

The circumstances surrounding how Phiri and Chanda allegedly entered the bedroom, as well as their motive, have not yet been fully established.

The two suspects are expected to face the legal process as investigations continue.
