Marketing Consultant / Funnel Designer

Zimworx is seeking a Marketing Consultant / Funnel Designer to design, launch, and optimize high-performing digital marketing funnels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct-to-consumer marketing, with expertise in driving acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple channels. This is a foundational hire with the opportunity to grow into a senior marketing leadership role as we scale.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end funnel design & optimization
• Paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) & grassroots marketing
• Social media strategy across major platforms
• Referral programs, lead magnets & automated email flows
• Performance tracking (A/B testing, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• CRM & tech stack management (Hubspot, Klaviyo, Canva, GA4, Ahrefs)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• 5+ years in DTC marketing, ideally in regulated, high-trust industries (telehealth, supplements, cannabis, personal wellness)
• Strong expertise in funnel design, CRO, and top-of-funnel strategies
• Experience with referral programs, loyalty schemes, and email acquisition
• Advanced CRM & marketing automation skills
• Proven success with AI & machine learning tools for campaign optimization
• Skilled in creative tools (Photoshop, Canva) for quick-turn visuals/mockups
• Excellent communication, self-starting attitude, and ability to lead tech/design freelancers
• Must be a Zambian citizen
